Deletion keeps records with legal retention. When you delete an account or workspace, quotes, invoices and other documents subject to statutory retention periods stay stored. The workspace disappears from view for everyone, but the records remain safely retained.
No more emails to deleted accounts. After deletion you receive exactly one confirmation – and no further emails after that.
Your email address becomes available again. If you delete your account, you can sign up again later with the same email address.
If your account or workspace still has an active subscription, please cancel the subscription before deleting.
