- Portal access on shift creation. When you create a shift and assign a staff member to it right away, that person now automatically gets their personal portal access and a notification with the link — exactly like adding someone to an existing shift. Until now, this only happened for later additions, so staff assigned during shift creation received nothing.
Good to know
Nothing to do on your side. This applies to every new shift you create with staff already assigned. Staff you assigned before this change can be given their link any time from the "Access" section on their staff record.
