Finance documents: customer, service period and positions are carried over reliably

Newly created quotes, invoices and delivery notes now take the customer and service period from the event on every path, and positions from a document template show up as bookings again.

Fixed

  • Customer and service period are no longer left empty. Depending on how a finance document was created, the customer and service period were missing afterwards and had to be filled in by hand — this affected documents created from a document template, automatically generated follow-up invoices and delivery notes, and a new delivery note created from the documents tab, among others. Both details are now taken from the event on every creation path.
  • Positions from a document template show up as bookings again. When a quote or delivery note was created from a complete document template, the document did contain all positions, but the event's bookings tab stayed empty. Positions now end up in the bookings just like on every other path.
  • No more duplicate row when adding quickly. Adding new positions in quick succession in the position editor could briefly show the same position twice in the list. That no longer happens.
  • Manually typed positions are kept as bookings. Positions typed in freely, without a linked product, were not turned into a booking when edited — so they never appeared in the list of bookings not yet added in any other document. Free-text positions now count as bookings again and are available everywhere.
