Imported staff records can be edited again

Staff created through an import were missing first and last name as separate fields. The edit dialog required them anyway, so every save failed — no matter what you were actually trying to change. These staff members can be edited normally again now.

The edit dialog wouldn't save. For staff members created through an import, the name was stored as a single field rather than split into first and last name. The edit dialog showed both fields empty and required both anyway — every save attempt failed, no matter whether you were actually trying to change position, hourly rate, or staff type.
Now one field is enough. Missing first or last names are now derived from the stored name when you open the dialog, and saving only requires one of the two fields to be filled in. If you ran into this, you can edit these staff members normally again.
