Fixed
- Placeholders from document templates are now visible and editable. When a quote was created from an older template, the PDF could show placeholder texts (e.g. a fixed pickup time) that were nowhere to be seen — or removed — in the editor. Such legacy values are now mapped onto the correct free-text fields at creation time: what the PDF prints is what the editor shows.
- Internal notes stay editable on issued documents. Internal notes (per position and per document) are only visible to your team and never appear on the PDF — so they can now be added and changed even after an invoice has been issued. The issued invoice content itself remains fully protected.
- Clear message when editing issued documents. If an invoice was issued while its editor was still open, further input (e.g. an internal note) failed with an unhelpful error — and the text was lost. There is now a clear message that the document has been issued and can no longer be edited, and the entered text stays visible for copying.
- Status labels in reports fixed. The invoice list in reports showed a technical placeholder instead of "Issued" for issued invoices. Credit notes and delivery notes also always displayed "Draft" there — they now show their real states (e.g. "Settled", "Signed"). The same pattern was preemptively fixed for staff confirmation states.
- Quote positions no longer get lost during data sync. When a quote and its positions were created on the same day in the legacy system, the nightly sync could import the document without its positions — leaving an empty quote and bookings flagged as "not yet entered". The sync order has been corrected and affected documents were repaired.
