- Matching people are suggested. When you pick a recipient to share or send something, you now get a list of suggestions with the people already attached to the event: customer, on-site contact, collaborators, partners and scheduled staff. Everyone appears once, labelled with their most relevant role, and a single click adds them as the recipient. Previously the recipient had to be searched for or typed in every time.
- Available in four places. The suggestions appear when assigning collaborators, in the run sheet, on contracts, and in the customer field of a finance document. When you pick a suggested person on a finance document, their name and address are filled in right away, so sending the invoice no longer gets blocked by missing details.
