- Seating variant on the event. Pick the right seating for an event straight from your room plans (for example banquet or theater) – the choice shows up automatically on the function sheet.
- Per-day times for multi-day bookings. On the booking page you can now set a separate start and end time for each day of a multi-day event; the overall span updates automatically.
- Rooms in schedule templates. A schedule template can already carry a room per agenda item. When you apply the template to an event, the room is carried over automatically.
- Auto-assign tasks to the project planner. In task templates you can set the assignee to "project planner". When applied to an event, the task lands with that event's project planner automatically – and can still be reassigned.
- Hide layouts. Individual document layouts (for example the Univents default) can be hidden in the settings, so only your own templates appear when creating an offer.
Fixed
- Free texts on offers. Newly created offers and invoices now show the free texts stored in the layout right away. Previously the free-text area could stay empty until the page was reloaded.
