- Send portal access by email. Each staff member now has a "Send by email" button next to their portal link. It delivers their personal, passwordless portal link straight to their inbox — with your business name and a clear "Open staff portal" button. Until now you could only copy the link and forward it yourself, which meant staff often never received it.
Good to know
The button works whether or not you generated the link first — it mints (or reuses) the staff member's access and sends it in one step. The link keeps working across sends; nobody needs a password. A staff member without an email address on their record can't be emailed — add one first.
