Copy portal link. Temporary staff had no visible way into the staff portal — access only appeared as a side effect of assigning them to a shift. Now the staff list and the detail page both have a button that fetches or refreshes their passwordless portal link on demand. The link is created right when you add a staff member. Copying now works in Safari and Firefox too.
New "Access & invitations" tab. Under Staff you can see at a glance who has a real login to your workspace — with their role and since when — and which invitations are still pending. Until now that lived only on the hard-to-find members page in the settings; the sidebar entry there is gone.
Fixed
Events in the staff portal were always empty. The portal's new events page showed "no entries" to your staff, no matter what. Every event with a date is now visible — except cancelled, declined and archived ones.
Portal links only for the right people. Fetching a staff member's portal link now requires the staff-management permission.
Staff loads faster. The access tab's data is only loaded once you actually open it.
