Big update: suppliers, guests, payments, and much more

Supplier orders with times and a PDF, a public guest RSVP page, pay invoices in the customer portal, change requests, post-event follow-up emails, and many improvements.

A big update with lots of new features and improvements across the app.

Supplier orders

  • PDF per supplier: Every order now has a "Download PDF" button – with the line items, event, date, location, delivery and pickup time, and contact person.
  • Order details per supplier: Use "Edit order details" to set the delivery time, pickup time, a contact person (pick one from your team or type it freely), and a separate delivery address. Everything is included in the email to the supplier and in the PDF.
  • "Do not bill to customer": Positions you carry internally can be marked with a switch – they are automatically left out of the invoice, but you can still add them back by hand.
  • Fixed: Free-text positions without a product could not be booked as goods received – the order got stuck on "ordered" forever.

Guests & RSVP

  • Public RSVP page: Guests can respond to an event themselves via a link – including party size and dietary requirements.
  • Invitation links: Create and manage personal guest links in the customer portal and the admin area; guests can update their details via their link at any time.
  • Guest list in the portal: Customers maintain their own guest list, including dietary requirements.
  • Dietary at a glance: A per-event overview appears in the kitchen tab and the function sheet; you can adopt the actual guest count into the event with one click.

Change requests in the portal

  • Change date & guest count: Customers can request a date or guest-count change through the portal; accepting it automatically creates a new quote version.
  • Always informed: A badge on the Documents tab shows open requests, and the customer is notified when a request is accepted or rejected.
  • Clearer deadlines: Once the change deadline has passed, a notice is shown instead of a silently blocked form.

Payments & invoices in the portal

  • Pay directly: Open invoices can now be paid straight from the customer portal ("Pay now").
  • Refunds: For Stripe-paid invoices, you can trigger a refund from the admin.
  • More reliable: Payment flows and the automatic reconciliation routine were hardened so no payment gets stuck.

After the event

  • Automatic follow-up email: After the event, the customer receives an email with the option to leave a rating and – if they wish – a Google review.
  • Request a new event: Straight from the email, the customer can request a new event with details pre-filled.
  • Photo gallery: Customers now only see the photos you have explicitly released.

Customer emails

  • New templates: "Deposit received" and "thank you" emails accompany the customer through the job.
  • Payment reminders: Invoice reminders now include a direct portal link.
  • Warmer tone: Subject lines and greetings were reworked.

Finance documents

  • Internal position names: Positions can carry an internal title – customers still only see the public name in the shop and PDF.
  • Fixed: Quote acceptance that was blocked in rare cases works again; layout scrolling, internal names, and the position picker were improved.

Staff & payroll

  • Payroll overview: A new "Payroll" area with a gross overview per staff member.
  • Optimised for mobile: Shift plan with a frozen name column, dashboard jump buttons work again, status column and CSV export improved.
  • Fixed: Day and month bucketing is now calculated in the correct time zone.

Staff portal

  • Reworked for mobile: Shift list as a card layout – status and the primary action always stay visible.
  • Clearer shifts: Open shifts are shown consistently everywhere, time tracking only appears when allowed; various navigation and counter bugs fixed.

Shift plan

  • Fixed: Moving a shift keeps the correct day; gap detection now counts only actually occupied assignments.

Booking pages

  • Fixed: The cookie notice was displayed correctly in the embedded booking form – before, giving consent was sometimes impossible.
  • Fewer drop-offs: Required-field hints in the page editor and instant validation for email, phone, and VAT ID in the inquiry form.

Sign-in & account

  • Sign in with Microsoft: In addition to the existing options.
  • AI credits: Credit purchases are credited immediately, create a Stripe invoice, and the payment method stays on file.

Pricing & plans

  • Reworked plans: A new plan structure and an updated pricing page, including an affordable entry point for quotes.

For power users

  • AI assistant via API: With an API key you can (optionally) drive the full feature set through external AI tools like Claude or Cursor; copy-ready snippets in the key dialog make it easy to get started.

Smaller improvements

  • The pointer cursor on buttons was restored.
