Booking page: Hide, make optional, or require each form field

For every contact-form field on your booking page you can now choose individually: hidden, optional, or required. Guests only see what you actually need — name and email always stay required.

New

  • Three states instead of on/off. Under Settings → Questions, every standard field (phone, mobile, address, message) gets its own choice: "Hidden", "Optional", or "Required". Previously a field could only be switched on or off — now you can show it, for example, without making it mandatory.

  • Name and email always stay required. These two fields are locked to "Required", with a hint on hover explaining why. That way every inquiry arrives with the contact details you need most.

  • Applies everywhere the form appears. Whether it's the step-by-step form, direct checkout in the webshop, or the simple inquiry form — the visibility setting applies consistently across every variant of your booking page. Hidden fields are also not saved server-side on submit, and required fields left empty are still reliably rejected.
