Why we built Univents

Many caterers, venues, and event agencies still plan events in spreadsheets, Word documents, and endless email threads. Every change has to be copied by hand into several files — time that's missing from the actual event. Univents exists because our founders know this work firsthand from event management.

That's why we don't build Univents on a whiteboard — we build it together with caterers, venues, and event agencies who run it in real operations every day. Every new feature comes from a genuine operational need.
