External service providers can now take part in an event directly – without needing a full account.
New
- Invite by email – partners (photographer, DJ, rental vendor, …) are invited to an event and accept or decline the job through their own link. The host is notified either way.
- Their own workspace – confirmed partners can check off tasks, report an on-site status (arrived, set up) and upload files.
- Function sheet without prices – partners see a tailored function sheet that never shows prices.
- Everything in one place – all signals come together live in the event's contributors tab.
