More improvements to the knowledge base, offers and documents.
Knowledge base
- Upload Excel and CSV files – on top of PDF and Word, you can now add spreadsheets as XLSX or CSV to your knowledge base. Their content is read out and made available to the assistant.
- PDF text extraction fixed – uploaded PDFs are read reliably again.
Offers
- Per-group subtotals – the offer overview now shows a separate subtotal for each category. Longer offers stay easy to scan.
Fixed
- The event location now appears cleanly split into name and address on documents.
- Finance documents with individually adjusted placeholders now render them reliably in the PDF.
- An inquiry's status is now labelled Open instead of "Unprocessed".
