New
- Hide item descriptions in the PDF. There's now an option to leave a line item's description out of the PDF, for a more compact document.
Improved
- Heads-up for outdated PDFs. If a document changes after a PDF was already generated for it, the editor now shows a clear notice with a button to regenerate the PDF.
- Loading state in the PDF preview. The preview now shows a loading state while it loads, instead of briefly showing a blank white area.
- Date field labeled by document type. The date field is now labeled quote, invoice, delivery note, or credit note date, depending on the document type, instead of just "date".
Fixed
- Material quantities for packages priced per person. In an event's material view, quantities for package components were showing several times too high for packages priced per person. Quantities are now correct.
- Tax rate on a line item stays put. Editing a booking line item could silently replace the item's tax rate with 19%. Line items now keep the item's tax rate unless you deliberately change it.
- No more silent double-billing for staff services. If a staff service was already on the document via a booking, taking over shifts could silently bill the same service a second time. There's now a notice, and a duplicate charge requires deliberate confirmation.
