Minimum and maximum order quantities per product

Set how many units a customer must order at least and at most per product — for example 'at least 10 units'. The cart enforces it automatically.

New

  • Minimum order quantity per product. For products that only make sense from a certain quantity, you can now set a minimum. When a customer adds the product to the cart, the quantity jumps straight to your minimum — for example to 10 instead of 1. Anything below the minimum can't be booked.

  • Maximum quantity per product. You can also set an upper limit. The cart then can't be increased beyond that quantity.

  • Clear hint on the product. Right below the product in the shop, the applicable minimum or maximum is shown so your customers see it right away.

How to set it

The limits come from the product itself: Inventory → open product → minimum quantity / maximum quantity. They apply on every booking page where the product is offered — in the shop as well as in the inquiry form.

Good to know

If you already set a minimum or maximum quantity on a product in your inventory earlier, it is now enforced on your booking pages too. Take a quick look at your products in case any values were never meant as a real ordering limit.
