- Send with Ctrl+Enter or Cmd+Enter. Whether it's an internal comment, the team chat, or a message to a customer: Enter starts a new line, Ctrl+Enter (Mac: Cmd+Enter) sends right away. A hint under the text field shows the shortcut.
- The "Mention someone" button now shows its name. On wider screens, the text "Mention someone" appears next to the
@icon; on phones it stays an icon with a tooltip on tap. - "Communication" overview: filters come first, sorted more clearly. The "All · Only me · From me" segment now sits at the top, directly followed by the event, area and time-range filters. A line below shows how many comments are loaded, plus a "Reset filters" button once a filter is actually active.
- Team chat messages no longer show up twice. They still appear at the top in the team chat — the "All comments" list below now only shows them when you filter specifically for "Team chat".
Fixed
- New team chat messages are no longer miscounted as "new" in the overview when they're already visible a line above, in the team chat itself.
