New comments appear on their own. Until now you had to reload the page to see what someone else had written. Now the comment shows up while you are looking at it – on the task, the document, the inquiry, the schedule, the function sheet, the event and in the team chat.
The communication tab keeps itself current, too. If someone writes on a task of your event, the entry appears in that event's Communication tab without you doing anything.
Corrections become visible immediately. When someone fixes a typo, the text changes on your side live and the edited marker appears.
The overview does not jump away from you. In the Communication area nothing is pushed between your rows on its own. Instead a button with the number of new comments appears above the list. Only your click brings them to the top – so nothing shifts while you read. Anything your filters exclude is not counted either.
A lost connection is announced. Close the laptop or lose the WiFi and a note appears. As soon as the connection is back, whatever was written in the meantime is loaded.
Deleted comments are the one exception: if someone deletes their entry, it disappears on your side only the next time you open the page.
