Communication in the sidebar. Between Inbox and Events you'll now find the Communication area. It collects every internal comment in your workspace on one page – from tasks, events, schedules, documents, inquiries and function sheets. Until now you had to look for each comment where it was written.
One click takes you to the spot. Every row shows the area, the object, the author and the time. Clicking it opens the surface the comment belongs to and jumps straight to it.
Filters for what you are looking for. By event, area and period, plus Only mentions of me and Written by me. The filters can be combined.
A team chat for everything without an event. Above the list sits an input field that every member reads: for the agreement that belongs to no event. Mentions with @ work there just like everywhere else – the person named gets their notification and lands on the message with one click.
A counter for your mentions. A number next to Communication means your unread mentions. Everyone sees their own.
Fixed
- An event's Communication tab no longer truncates silently. Beyond 200 comments the oldest ones were missing with nothing indicating it. There is now a visible page size instead of an invisible cap.
