- The Communication area now counts for itself. Until now the red number next to the menu entry stayed put even after you had read everything — it only dropped once you also opened the bell in the top right. From now on, whatever is on the page when you open the area — the team chat at the top and the comments in the list below — counts as read. The number drops right away, no reload needed.
- It drops to the honest remainder, not to zero. Mentions that were not on the page — because they sit behind “Show older” — stay unread. So if a number is still there after you opened the area, you really do have something left.
- It is the same read state as the bell. What you have seen in Communication disappears there too. Everyone still has their own number.
