- After deleting, you are told what happened. Delete a position with Remove everywhere and it also disappears from the event's other drafts — until now without a word about it afterwards. Univents now reports the affected documents with their number, title and the number of positions removed there. If the deletion only touches the open document, the message stays short.
- The dialog names the count per document. The list of affected documents only showed that a document was attached. It now also says how many positions disappear there — tidying up one document can easily take several rows out of the same quote.
- The warning names the consequence. Instead of “additionally deletes the position here”, it now says that the content and the total of the listed documents change with it. That was exactly what you could not see before: a quote shrank and nobody noticed.
- Help: both deletion routes are documented. The financial-documents article now explains what This document only and Remove everywhere each touch — and that documents already issued are never affected.
