Double-booked rooms stand out immediately. When two events overlap in time in the same room, both carry a notice in the events overview — in the list, season, status and calendar views. Hover over it and you'll see which room is affected. The calculation is to the minute: a morning and an evening event in the same room stay quiet, because they do not collide.
Rental items speak up when stock runs short. If an item is scheduled more often than units exist for that period, the notice appears on every affected event and names the items. Buffer times set on the item are included.
The same notice sits on the quote. Open the document of an affected event and you'll find it above the line items — where the decision is made.
Only where you can still act on it. The notice appears on events that are still upcoming or currently running, not on finished ones. A multi-day event that started yesterday and ends tomorrow counts as running.
It stays a notice, not a lock. Booking, saving and sending work unchanged. If you overbook on purpose, because you reorder or sublet, nothing stops you.
Rooms you deliberately use twice can be excluded. On the venue, enter how many events may run there at the same time — then the notice stays quiet for that room.
