- Layouts for Function Sheets: Settings → Layouts has a new “Function Sheets” tab. Create layouts, start from the four ready-made examples (Overall, Kitchen, Service, Logistics, in eight languages), rename, duplicate, set a workspace default layout and delete layouts you no longer need.
- The same editor as for quotes: Blocks for key facts, contributors, schedule, shifts, bookings, guest diets & allergies, floor plan, standard texts, headings and lines. In the bookings table you choose the columns yourself, for example quantity, actual, allergens, storage location, power, price and notes.
- One sheet per department: With their own standard texts, columns and categories per layout, kitchen, service and technical teams each get exactly their sheet. A layout’s category preselection is copied in when a sheet is created and can be changed per sheet.
- Always the current state: A Function Sheet in layout mode always prints the current data. “Regenerate” is gone; you write hand notes into the layout’s free-text fields.
- Free document still possible: “Edit as free document” switches to the freely editable sheet, and you can go back to the layout at any time; the stored document is kept. Existing sheets stay unchanged and can be switched to a layout.
- Old templates became layouts: Your previous Function Sheet templates are now available as layouts. Automations pick a layout now; if the chosen one no longer exists, the automation skips the step instead of sending something wrong.
- Nothing changes without your own layout: Function Sheets you create without your own layout, including through existing automations, show the same content as before in the new look. You can pick another layout or set it as the default at any time.
- Your own column headers, widths and fonts: In every table on the sheet you can rename columns to your own terms (for example “Target” or “Price”), give individual columns a fixed width in percent and set the font per column, such as all dishes in bold or all quantities in colour. The schedule also gets an “Additional info” column from the schedule item.
- AI chat: The chat can create Function Sheets, switch the layout and edit layout content, including column headers, widths and the font per column.
