- A heads-up when the deposit is still a draft. If you issue or send a final invoice while one of the event’s deposit invoices hasn’t been issued yet, the confirmation dialog names that deposit and its amount — otherwise it would not be deducted. You can still continue; issuing the deposit first is the better route.
Fixed
- Invoice from an accepted quote comes with a payment term. If accepting a quote automatically creates an invoice draft in your workspace, that invoice used to arrive without a payment term and without a layout — you had to add both by hand. It now takes the customer’s payment term or, if they have none, your default payment term, plus your default invoice layout and default reminders. Just like any invoice you create yourself.
- Deposit invoices respect the customer’s payment term. If a customer has their own payment term, it now also applies to their deposit and interim invoices — until now they always showed your default.
- Draft deposit: a clear message instead of “could not be adopted”. Adopting a deposit invoice that was still a draft into the final invoice only showed a generic error. Univents now tells you why: issue the deposit first — the final invoice then deducts it automatically, there is nothing left to adopt by hand. It does not have to be paid for that.
