Shares in the employee portal. Documents, uploads and whiteboards you share with an employee appear in their portal under Files in the section Shared with you, whether they log in or use their personal portal link. Documents shared with Edit can be edited right there, and you see the changes immediately.
The share email opens the right portal. If the recipient is set up as an employee, the email takes them to their employee portal instead of the customer portal. In the share dialog, employees carry the label Staff.
Confirmation email per tag. The email a guest gets right after submitting an inquiry can now have its own text variants per tag under Settings → Email templates, for example one for weddings. If no variant matches, the standard text is sent.
Fixed
Calendar legend and filters use the same words. The legend now names the hatched column, for example “Planning – not confirmed yet”, and open inquiries are called “Open inquiry (not an event yet)”. Open inquiries are not counted in any status filter because they are not events yet.
Tidier layout card. The large notice next to “Upload template” is gone. The message after uploading still tells you when a Word file does not print on the new engine.
