- Standard layouts on the new PDF engine. In new workspaces, quotes, invoices, delivery notes and credit notes start with the Univents standard layout directly on the new, fast PDF engine: seconds instead of up to a minute. The layout looks like the familiar Word standard template.
- One layout per language instead of three. Layouts are created only in your workspace language — no longer German, English and your own language side by side. If you change the workspace language later, the standard layouts for the new language are added.
- Function sheet layout in your language. Under Settings → Layouts you also find a function sheet layout in the same language.
- New catalogue template “Univents Standard”. The template is available in the template catalogue for all four document types in eight languages — ready to adopt and adapt like any other template.
- Sample data entirely in your language. Products, categories, events, booking pages and the sample quote from the setup chat all appear in the workspace language. An English workspace also gets an English sample booking page.
- Your own Word templates only for existing workspaces. Newly registered workspaces work with the new PDF engine only; uploading a Word template is no longer part of it. Existing workspaces can keep using their Word templates.
- Existing workspaces are switched over. Workspaces that use nothing but the unchanged standard layouts are moved to the new PDF engine in a second step — same look, faster.
