Supplier order shows the guest count and the quantity per guest

A 20-guest order used to reach the supplier as a bare total. They now see the event's guest count and, on positions billed per guest, the quantity per guest as well.

New

The supplier now sees how many guests the order is for. The partner portal shows the event's guest count on every order. On each position the large number is the total quantity — now labelled, so it is clear that it is not the amount per guest.

Positions billed per guest carry the quantity per guest. On a position billed per guest, a line such as “per guest: 1 item” appears below the total. 20 guests at 1 item each now reads as a total of 20 items instead of a single unexplained number. Per-piece positions keep that line out, because there is no quantity per guest there.

The same figures in the backoffice and the PDF. Before you even send the order, the Bookings tab shows the guest count and the quantity per guest on the position. The order PDF carries the same figures — one calculation everywhere, so the supplier and your team never read two different numbers.

Prices stay exactly as they were. The new display reveals nothing extra: prices still only appear when you have released them for that order anyway.
