Tentative inquiries in your calendar, schedule in the appointment

Inquiries from columns you pick appear in Outlook or Google as “Tentative: …”. Every synced appointment now shows the project planner, the schedule and a link back to Univents.

New

  • Tentative inquiries in your calendar. Under Integrations → Calendar, the new card “Tentative inquiries in your calendar” lets you pick the columns of your inquiry board whose inquiries should appear in the connected calendar before you accept them. They show up as, for example, “Tentative: Smith wedding”, so you spot double bookings early. When you accept the inquiry, the same appointment stays, without the prefix; rejected, archived or moved inquiries disappear again. Without a selection, nothing changes.

  • Project planner, schedule and link in the calendar appointment. Every appointment Univents puts into Outlook, Google or iCloud now contains, below your description, the project planner, the schedule items with their times and a link straight to the event. When the planner or the schedule changes, the appointment follows within minutes. Appointments that are already in your calendar get these details with their next change or via “Transfer all upcoming events now”.

  • Also in the AI chat. The assistant shows and, if you ask, changes which inquiry columns go to the calendar.

Fixed

  • Edits from Outlook arrive as plain text. When you edit the description of a synced appointment in Outlook or Google, Univents only takes over your text above and below the Univents block — without Outlook’s HTML code. The block itself and the “Tentative:” prefix never end up in your event.
