Ticket invoices no longer ask buyers to transfer the money

The invoice for a ticket order paid at checkout now shows that the amount has already been paid.

Fixed

  • No second payment request. The automatic invoice for a ticket order used to ask the buyer to transfer the invoice amount to your account by the due date, although they had already paid by card at checkout. That spot now reads, for example, “The invoice amount of €190.00 was already paid on 2026-10-01.” The bank details in the footer stay.
  • Payment date in the header. Instead of “Due date”, the invoice header now shows “Paid on” with the day of payment.
  • E-invoice shows the amount as paid. The e-invoice for a ticket invoice reports the amount as already paid, with 0.00 due.
  • Other invoices stay as they are. Invoices that are paid after they were issued keep their payment note. The change applies to all ticket invoices created from now on.
