- Deleted positions no longer block sending. If you added a position and deleted it again, you could get stuck behind a requirement you had no way to meet: the “Still required to send” box kept asking for a description or a category — for a row that had long disappeared from the table. The document could neither be issued nor sent, and nothing on screen showed where to fix it. Univents now checks exactly the positions the document actually shows.
- The event tab “Contributors” is called Contributors again in the English interface. It read “Members” there, while the help centre and every other place said Contributors.

- Help: adopting positions is described under its real name. The article on converting a quote still used the old name of the box and never said that it hides itself completely once there is nothing left to adopt. It now lists the actual groups and buttons — plus the note that a second delivery note only offers what the first one did not take.
- Help: the route to event finances is stated up front. Three places are called “Finance” — Reports, Finance Documents and the tab inside an event. The article now says which one it means and how to get there, and the screenshot is new.
