The “attn.” line is now part of the Word templates we ship

A contact's additional address info now appears in the recipient block of quotes, invoices, delivery notes and credit notes — the default and starter templates carry the placeholder for it.

Fixed

  • Address addition shows up on the document. If you fill in an “attn.” line on a contact under “Address → Additional info”, it used to show in the “Bill to” preview but never made it onto the finished PDF — because none of the Word templates we ship contained the matching placeholder. Every default template and every starter template you can download (quote, invoice, delivery note, credit note, German and English) now prints that line directly above the street, the way business letters do. With no additional info stored, the recipient block looks exactly as before.
  • Built your own Word template? If you created or uploaded your own template, add {Address_Line_4} once below the name lines of the recipient block — then the additional info shows there too. The help article “How do I create layouts for finance documents?” walks you through it.
