Communication: task comments now open the task

Clicking a task comment opens the task itself. The Communication area also stays readable with many entries, and “Only for me” finally counts everything.

New

Task comments take you straight to the task. You used to land on the task list and had to find the right row — often in vain for completed tasks, because they were not loaded at all. The task now opens in its dialog and the comment in question is briefly highlighted. The same applies to the link in the bell and in push notifications.

The team chat no longer hides the comment list. It has a fixed height with its own scroll area, always shows the newest messages, and keeps the filters below it visible. New messages follow automatically while you are at the bottom — if you are reading further up, you get a hint instead.

Day separators in the overview. Instead of the same date 22 times you now see “Today”, “Yesterday” or the weekday as a separator line, with only the time on each row.

Mentions of you stand out. Your own name is highlighted in the text, every other mention stays neutral.

The event filter reaches every commented event. It now lists exactly the events that have comments, with the date shown so you can tell events with the same name apart.

Fixed

“Only for me” and “From me” counted too few. Team chat messages were missing from both views. A mention in the team chat now shows up where you look for it.

Event comments appeared twice. In an event’s Communication tab they showed both in the thread at the top and again in the list below.

Comments in the task dialog were invisible. The section started collapsed and did not show the count either — a task with two comments looked like a task with none. It now starts open and carries the number in its heading.

Further improvements. The active choice in the “All / Only for me / From me” switch is clearly visible, the list shows that it is loading when you change a filter, and dropdown options are easy to hit on a phone.
