“Change the quantity to 135.” The assistant can now edit line items on a draft directly — quantity, unit price, name, description, discount, tax rate and units. Until now it could only add and delete line items; anyone wanting a change could end up with a second draft for the same event. After the change it quotes the new line total and document total from the actual result.
“Move the travel fee to the end.” Line items can now be reordered by chat, one section at a time. Until now that meant drag and drop in the editor.
Find a line item by name. If the item isn’t listed in the conversation any more, its name is enough. If the name matches several rows, the assistant asks instead of guessing — it shows the matches with their label and position.
Open a document by its number. “Show me ANG-0042” now works directly. Until now the assistant had to look the document up in a list first.

Deleting now affects this document only. Ask the assistant to remove a line item and it removes it from exactly this document — the same as the X in the line-item editor. Until now it also deleted the linked booking item and the same line in other drafts of the same event, without asking. If you really do want all of it gone, say so explicitly; the assistant then shows you which documents are affected and waits for your confirmation.
An honest answer when a change reaches further. If a quantity change pulls a second document along or recalculates the components of a package, the assistant now says so. If it cannot confirm what happened, it says that too — instead of claiming “no other documents affected”.
Sent documents stay locked. On a sent quote or an issued invoice the assistant no longer changes anything, not even the order. It explains the route instead: a new quote, or a correction to the invoice. A new draft is only created if you want one.
Editing requires the edit permission. Anyone with read-only access to finances can no longer add, change or delete line items through the chat.
A confirmation card now really stops the assistant. Whenever it asks you to confirm — before sending a document, issuing an invoice, creating a credit note, or a far-reaching deletion — its work ends there and waits for your click. Until now it could carry on in the same turn.
