Accepted enquiries can really be reactivated

Accepted and manually archived enquiries now have a Reactivate button in the archive — afterwards they are open again and no longer fall straight back into the archive.

Fixed

  • Reactivate was out of reach for accepted enquiries. Once you had accepted an enquiry, the Archive segment only offered Archive — there was no way back. Reactivate now appears there, whether you put the enquiry into the archive yourself or the acceptance moved it there.
  • Reactivating now sticks. An accepted enquiry used to slide straight back into the archive because its status stayed put. Univents now asks once — the acceptance is undone — and the enquiry returns to Open, shows up under All again and sits in the column for open enquiries on the Kanban board. From there you can accept or decline it as usual. Its event stays in place and remains active, and the customer receives no email.
  • No more reloading. Accepting, declining, archiving and reactivating show the new state in the list right away instead of only after a page refresh.
  • Declined enquiries could still be pulled back on the overview board. A declined enquiry can no longer be dragged back to Open on the overview board either — Univents now explains why.

For a declined enquiry, Univents offers neither Reactivate nor Archive in the archive: declining it also cancels its event, and accepting the enquiry again would not automatically bring that event back.
