- Adjust components right in the line: Expand a package line in a quote, invoice or delivery note draft and you will see the new “Components” section. Use the checkbox to deselect or reselect a component without breaking up the package.
- Swap components: “Swap” replaces a component with another product, for example cucumber with tomato.
- Undo with one click: After deselecting and after swapping, a notice with “Undo” appears (not after reselecting). Univents only asks for confirmation if the component has already been packed or cooked.
- Kitchen and suppliers are instantly up to date: The change applies to the booking, Function Sheet, materials and the kitchen lists. Deselected components no longer show up there. For orders to suppliers only drafts are updated; orders already sent stay unchanged. Packing and production lists you have already released show a notice that the source has changed.
- Package price stays the same: You change the contents, the price of the package does not change. After a swap the quantity stays the same and the unit follows the new product – please check the quantity. The last component of a package cannot be deselected.
- See it at a glance in the collapsed line: It briefly shows what differs, such as “Without cucumber”, “+ tomato” or “Cucumber → tomato”.
- Description shows the booked components: If “Include components in the quote description” is on for the package, open drafts now list what is actually booked, names only. This applies to lines that already carry such a list, i.e. lines created with the switch on. For lines created before that, add the line again. Documents that were already sent stay unchanged.
- Copying an event: Swapped components appear in the copy as “booked additionally”. A package whose components were all removed comes back with all its components in the copy – please check the copy briefly.
- AI chat can help: The assistant reads a package’s components and deselects or reselects them on request, always with your confirmation.
