- Edit the whole document header by chat. The assistant now changes everything you enter in the header of a quote, invoice or delivery note: document name, recipient, document date, service period, person in charge, validity or payment term, header discount, internal notes, “Only show total”, “To company / To private person”, the schedule in the PDF and the template applied on acceptance. On invoices also early payment discount and the small business rule. For example: “Set the service period to 1 to 30 September 2026 on all five draft invoices.”
- Service period with or without a time. If you only name days, the document shows only the dates, exactly as when you enter them in the editor. With a time, your workspace’s time zone applies.
- Set the category of a line item. “Set the category Dance classes on all line items” now works directly, when adding a line item as well as when changing one. The assistant picks from your product categories, like the dropdown in the editor, and, as there, also updates linked drafts of the same booking.
Fixed
- Internal notes on sent documents too. As in the editor, the assistant now also changes the internal notes on a sent or issued document. Everything else stays locked there.
- No outdated PDF after a change in the chat. When the assistant changes the document header, an already created PDF is discarded and created again the next time you open or send it, exactly as after a change in the editor.
