The AI assistant reliably finds the right help articles. For some questions it used to reply “I don’t have any information on that in the Univents documentation …” even though a help article covered exactly that — for example when asked which format product images should have. The search now looks through all help articles instead of only a part of them. So the assistant answers more of your questions with a source.
Image sizes for the booking page hero image and logo. The help article “Image sizes for products, webshop & locations” now also gives the recommended size for the large hero image at the top of the webshop (2520 × 1080 pixels, 21:9, as JPG) and for your booking page logo (PNG with a transparent background). For product images, we recommend 1600 × 1200 pixels in 4:3 as JPG.
Correct hint at the booking page logo field. The logo field now says “PNG · JPG · WebP · 5 MB” — which is what you can actually upload there. Before, it showed a 2 MB limit.
