AI quote from email recognizes your location and its rent

If the customer’s email names one of your locations, the AI quote now links it to the event and adds its required products, such as the room rent, straight to the quote.

Fixed

The location from the email lands on the event. If a customer wrote something like “we’d like to celebrate at Villa Rosa”, the place used to end up only as free text on the event after “AI quote from mail” — the “Location” field stayed empty. Univents now links the location with that name from your workspace directly to the event. Upper or lower case, punctuation or an addition such as “at Villa Rosa Berlin” don’t get in the way.

The room rent is on the quote. If you have linked products to the location as “Required”, the room rent for example, the AI quote now adds them as positions automatically — priced from your inventory and exactly once, in the event’s bookings as well. Until now the rent was missing because, in larger inventories, the AI never got to see that product.

The AI now also finds matching products by name. Previously only products with matching tags were suggested specifically; without tags, the AI only saw your most recently created products. It now also searches for product names that appear in the email.

No guessing. If the place in the email does not clearly match exactly one location — because two are mentioned or none fits — the field stays empty, the place is kept as text on the event as before, and the notes on the quote tell you to pick the location yourself. Locations with a one-word name, such as “Garden”, are only taken over when the email names the place exactly like that — otherwise “in our own garden” would book the wrong room and its rent. A location you have already set by hand is never overwritten.
