- Weekly block per room. In a room’s Blocked periods dialog you can now choose Weekly next to One-off: pick the weekdays (for example just Sunday), from when the block applies and optionally until when. You no longer have to enter every Sunday one by one. The list shows the block in plain words, such as “Every Sunday”, followed by the start and end date.
- Applies to room groups too. If you block a group (for example “Whole venue”), customers cannot book its rooms on the blocked days either — and if you block a single room, the group is not bookable on those days. Other rooms in the same group stay bookable. This applies to one-off and weekly blocks alike.
- Via AI chat. The AI assistant shows a room’s blocks, creates new ones (one-off or weekly) and deletes them. When you ask “Which room is free on Sunday?” it now takes the blocks into account as well.
