- Block the whole day when an event is booked. A new toggle in the Inquiries section of your booking page: if the venue already has an event on a day, the whole day is greyed out in the calendar and the room shows as booked in the room picker – even if a few hours would still be free. An evening class blocks exactly its own day, not the day before or after. Without the toggle nothing changes: a day stays selectable as long as a free window of at least 4 hours remains.
- Hide the payment step when no payment is needed. On stepper pages without direct payment, the “Booking” step can now be skipped. Your guests then send their inquiry straight from the summary.
- Your own note and button text on submit. In the Price, Order & Quote section, under Submitting, you add your own text that appears right above the submit button – for example “This request is non-binding – we will get back to you within 2–3 working days.” – and, if you like, your own label for the button. Both texts can be translated in the Languages section. Left empty, the usual default texts apply.
