- Hourly prices use your daily times. When every day of a multi-day event has its own times (the “Daily times” card on the overview), items charged “per hour” and “per person and hour” on quotes, invoices, delivery notes, bookings and room rental use the sum of those times — for example two days from 10 am to 6 pm = 16 hours instead of 32. Without daily times, or while a day is still missing, it stays as before: the whole period from start to end. If a booked item has its own time slot, that slot still applies.
- Daily times move with the event. When you move an event, its daily times move along — same clock times, even across a daylight saving change. Copying an event copies its daily times too. Shorten it and the extra days are dropped. Extend it or move the start to a different day, and the new days have no times until you enter them — until then, documents are calculated as before over the whole period from start to end.
- Update documents after saving. When you change a daily time, Univents asks, just like after a date change, whether to recalculate the prices of your draft quotes and invoices and whether shifts, the run sheet or the service period should follow. As long as not every day has times, the card shows a note.
