New
- Every field from the product editor is now an import column. Around forty columns are new: payroll product, billing on consumption, hide when unavailable, minimum and maximum quantity, min/max guests, minimum and maximum duration, rental buffer days, the eight nutrition columns, holiday region, schedule plan template, notify, recipe notes, unit (EN) and name and description per language (EN, FR, NL, IT, ES, PL, PT). Images and the choice between net and gross still stay in the editor.
- Contacts: every field from the contact form as a column. New are domain, address addition, region, creditor number, sales tax number, buyer reference / Leitweg-ID, default discount (%), payment terms in days, date of birth, executive directors, billing email, orders email, assignee and parent company. Assignee expects the email of a team member; this import still does not create team members.
- Events: every field from the event editor as a column. New are start and end time, the address columns street, house number, postal code, city and country, override location name, internal notes, payment method, colour, seating setup, distance (km), show on website, event kind, cost centre, on-site contact, project planner and seating plan. An import file still never changes existing events — they are marked as skipped.
- Switches for many products at once. Select products in the inventory list and choose Set switch in the selection bar: a switch such as Payroll product, Billing on consumption, Hide when unavailable or Use for kitchen production can be set to on or off for all selected products. It is set, not toggled: the previous state does not matter.
The same switches now also apply in the import: with the Overwrite existing values option, a filled cell changes the switch on an existing product too — yes turns it on, no turns it off. An empty cell leaves a switch untouched, even with the Empty cells clear the field option. Article number, images, type, ticket columns, price basis and stock remain unchanged in every case.
