Mini-job employees: earnings limit and holiday pay at a glance

Univents shows how close each mini-job employee is to the earnings limit, warns you when assigning shifts and suggests leave entitlement and holiday pay – calculated just like the payroll export.

New

  • Mini-job limit in the staff file. For people with the employment type Mini-job, the staff file now shows the Mini-job limit card: earnings this month, a forecast including the shifts already assigned, the limit (2026: €603 per month), the year to date and how often the limit was exceeded in the last 12 months. Under How it's calculated you see each month. The calculation is exactly the one in the payroll export – hours × hourly rate including wage surcharges.

  • Heads-up when assigning. When you assign a mini-job employee to a shift or approve a time entry and the month would then be above the limit, Univents shows a heads-up. In the staff list, a badge marks who is close to or above the limit.

  • Leave entitlement suggestion. In the staff file you can now enter the start date, end date and working days per week. From these, Univents suggests the statutory minimum leave – pro rata when someone joins or leaves during the year. Click Apply to set it as the leave entitlement.

  • Holiday pay per leave. Each approved leave shows a holiday pay suggestion based on the earnings of the 13 weeks before, with the calculation and average hours per working day. Under Settings → Working time you can switch to the last 3 calendar months. In the payroll export, tick a box to append the suggestion as a separate block.

Only people allowed to see wages see amounts; everyone else sees the status only. From the Core plan. Everything is for orientation – if in doubt, check with your payroll office.
