- Invitations go to your whole selection. With “Invite contacts to the newsletter”, at most 200 contacts were invited so far, even if you had selected more, and clicking again reached the same ones. Now the invitation goes to every selected contact. After sending you see how many invitations went out and how many were skipped.
- Nobody gets an invitation twice. Contacts with an invitation still running, addresses that are already subscribed or unsubscribed, and addresses stored on several contacts get no second email. Invited contacts disappear from the selection list.
- One address with special characters no longer blocks the others. If your selection contained an address with an umlaut, up to 99 other contacts received no invitation. Such addresses are now skipped individually and all other emails go out. This also applies to newsletter campaigns.
- A subscription only counts after clicking “Anmeldung bestätigen” (confirm subscription). Some company mailboxes open links in emails automatically for a security check, and that used to count as a subscription. The link in the invitation now opens a page where the person confirms themselves. Invitations already sent keep working and show this button as well.
