Online table reservations on your website. Guests choose the party size, date, lunch or dinner and a free time – done. They immediately receive a confirmation with a calendar file and a link to cancel themselves. You embed the widget into your website with an embed code.
Tables from your floor plan. No need to draw your restaurant again: take the tables and their seats over from your venue’s floor plan with one click. Define combinable tables once – Univents always assigns the smallest fitting table.
Service hours and dwell time. Lunch and dinner with a last start time, dwell time by party size, a buffer for resetting tables, exceptions for single days. Events and blocked periods of the venue block the tables automatically.
Daily list and timeline. All reservations of the day as a list or with one row per table. Enter phone reservations and walk-ins in seconds; your team marks “seated”, “done” and “no-show” right at the table. A print view is included.
Large groups as inquiries. From a party size you choose, the widget forwards guests to the inquiry form of your booking page – with the details pre-filled.
Book it yourself. Table reservations is an add-on for €49 per month or €490 per year, regardless of your plan and available from the Core plan up. Add it to your subscription under Settings → Billing in the “Add-on modules” card or directly on the Reservations page. You can try the module free for 7 days first; cancellation always takes effect at the end of the term.
