Invoices after an online payment on a booking page no longer ask for a transfer

When your customer pays directly on the booking page, the invoice that follows now shows that the amount has already been paid.

Fixed

  • No second payment request. When your customer pays directly on the booking page, the invoice is created after the payment. It still asked them to transfer the invoice amount to your account by the due date. That spot now reads, for example, “The invoice amount of €250.00 was already paid on 2026-10-19.” The bank details in the footer stay.
  • Payment date in the header. Instead of “Due date”, the invoice header now shows “Paid on” with the day of payment.
  • E-invoice shows the amount as paid. The e-invoice reports the amount as already paid, with 0.00 due.
  • Only when everything is paid. If the invoice is higher than the amount paid, the normal payment request stays. Invoices your customer pays after they were issued, for example via the payment link, keep their payment request as well.
