Invoice email for an already paid invoice no longer asks for a transfer

The email for an invoice your customer has already paid now shows the amount and payment date instead of a due date and bank details.

Fixed

  • Invoice email says “already paid”. When your customer paid online on a booking page, the invoice already showed the paid notice, but the email that came with it still showed “Due on”, your bank details and a request to transfer the amount. The same happened when you emailed a ticket invoice. It now reads, for example, “The invoice amount of €250.00 was already paid on 2026-10-19.” and shows “Paid on” instead of “Due on”. The button then says “View invoice”.
  • Works with your own email template too. If you customised the invoice email, Univents replaces the “Due on” line with “Paid on” and a transfer request with the paid sentence for an invoice that is already paid. Your saved template stays unchanged. If the due date cannot be replaced cleanly, for example because it sits in the middle of a sentence, the standard text is sent for that one invoice.
  • All languages. The paid notice is available in all eight languages Univents sends invoice emails in.
  • Invoice after an online payment arrives even if the event is created later. If your customer paid on a booking page before the request had an event, the invoice was never created. Univents now creates it as soon as the event exists, for example after you accept the request. It shows the usual paid notice with the day of payment, and there is exactly one invoice.
