Free emails from an event go out through your mailbox. When you write a free email from an event, it is sent through your connected mailbox and comes from your own address. If no mailbox is connected yet, the send dialog shows a note asking you to connect one.
The test mail in the template editor goes to you. The test mail always arrives at the address you are signed in with. The field for a different recipient is gone.
Daily email limit without a booked plan. As long as no plan is booked, a workspace can only send a limited number of emails per day to customers, staff and contacts, such as invitations to the staff portal, documents, reminders and confirmations. Once the limit is reached you see a notice; automatic emails are sent later. With a booked plan there is no daily limit.
