Outdated PDFs flagged, Claude connector and roadmap tags

Change an event’s venue, date, guest count or name and draft documents now show “PDF is out of date” instead of an old PDF. The Claude connection works again, and the roadmap tags are tidied up.

Fixed

  • Draft PDFs now say when they are outdated. If you change an event’s venue, date, guest count or name – for example by ticking “Event takes place at the customer” – open draft documents now show “PDF is out of date” instead of still delivering the old PDF. One click regenerates it. Documents that have already been sent, accepted or replaced stay untouched.

  • The Claude connection works again. After connecting, the connector answered with “Server not responding”. That is fixed – the connection works right after setup.

  • Roadmap tags are tidied up. In the roadmap board there is now only one tag per topic, the filter finds all posts on that topic, and the tags appear in the language of the interface.

  • Line breaks in a question’s answer options too. In the question editor, press Enter within an answer option to put a title and description on separate lines. The booking page shows them the same way – in the dropdown on one line, separated by “ – ”.

  • Deleting in a quote suggests “Remove everywhere” when the item appears nowhere else. Until now “This document only” was always preselected, so the booking stayed and kept appearing on the function sheet, production list and packing list. If the item is still in another document, nothing changes.

  • Automations: clearer templates and error messages. The acknowledgement hint on the template card describes the actual behaviour (no second confirmation within 30 minutes), and saving without a trigger shows a clear sentence instead of an English error message.

  • Multi-day events show their date range in Timeline and Season too. Until now only the first day appeared, even though the event sits on both days in the calendar.

  • Filter automations by status. Rules with an event trigger (for example “7 days before the event”) now offer the condition “Status”: pick the statuses you created yourself – such as “Confirmed, in planning” and “Confirmed, final”. Production and packing lists then go out only for confirmed events. The rule checks the status right before sending, so a last-minute change still counts.
