Ticket invoice: sent right away, a credit note per refunded ticket, invoice follows by email

The invoice for a ticket purchase no longer waits for a review when the buyer enters new billing details, refunding single tickets creates the matching credit note, and a late invoice is sent to the buyer by email afterwards.

New

  • The invoice goes out right away, even with new billing details. If a returning buyer enters a different company, VAT ID or address at checkout than the one stored in your workspace, Univents still issues the invoice straight away – to a recipient carrying exactly the details entered. Your contacts are not overwritten; if needed, a separate contact is created for the invoice.
  • A credit note per refunded ticket. When you refund a single ticket from a line with several identical tickets, a credit note for exactly that ticket is created right away. Further refunds of the same line each add their own; once all tickets are refunded, the invoice is fully credited.
  • The invoice follows by email. If the invoice PDF was not ready in time for the ticket email, the buyer receives the invoice once in a separate email as soon as it is available.
  • A notice in the bell. If a ticket invoice cannot be issued – for example because your workspace is missing required details or the amount does not match what was paid – owners and admins get a notice with a link to the draft.
